Business hours are Monday - Friday 9-6, est. Orders placed after 3:00 p.m. est. will be processed and shipped the next business day. Orders placed after 3:00 p.m. on Friday will be processed and shipped on Monday. .

Selecting next day air for your stock unit basically means that once the unit is processed, it will arrive the next business day.
A signature may be required and additional charges may be assessed if more than one attempt is made for delivery.

Delivery & Processing
All Climax Lace Boutique units are typically processed within 1-3 business day of order confirmation, once billing and credit information have been authorized and verified. Delivery and processing is the charge for internet order processing, item selection, packaging, processing, transport and handling. Delivery times are not guaranteed, notwithstanding additional charges, but our best approximation. Shipments and deliveries occur only on weekdays. Delivery and processing is subject to change and will be determined at time of order and subject to the following:
Ground Delivery
Unless an expedited service is requested, your order should arrive in approximately 5-7 business days.
Two-Day Delivery
Your order should arrive in 2-3 business days after shipping if ordered by 12:00 noon (CST). Please note Two-day orders placed after 12:00 noon (CST) Friday or on Saturday will be processed Monday and should arrive in 2-3 business days after shipping. A signature may be required and additional charges may be assessed if more than one attempt is made for delivery. Some zip codes are not available for this service.
International Deliveries
A flat delivery charge will be quoted at the time of order placement. Delivery transit days to the recipient will vary depending upon the destination country. Duties and taxes will be the responsibility of the recipient.
Delivery to Overseas Military APO/FPO Post Office Boxes
Two-day shipping is not available to APO/FPO post office boxes. All standard deliveries to APO/FPO P.O. Boxes will be shipped via parcel post. Please feel free to contact us sales@climaxlaceboutique.com if you have any questions regarding the receipt of your order.
