 How do I return an item?

 

     ONLINE STORE POLICY

 

 

Please Read the following Terms and Conditions Carefully:

All users of this site agree and are subject to the following terms and conditions and other applicable law. Upon submitting your order,

1. You accept all terms and conditions and agreements

2.You are consenting and agreeing in electronic form.

3.You are confirming an electronic signature upon your clicking the “submit” button.  

 

Boutique Return Policy.

To ensure your complete satisfaction with your Climax unit, we  gladly accept one exchange on any stock order minus the shipping and handling fee plus a 15% restocking fee.  

 

Return on Custom Orders

Unit will be accepted for return based on the following manufacturing items:

Manufacturer error to incude sizing, hair texture, incorrect coloring, and length, (anything different from that which is on your order form)  we will gladly offer an exchange (stock unit), remake to the specifications of the original order only, (no changes) or you may choose to receive a store credit minus the shipping and handling fee. Store credits must be used within 6 months of the original date of return. The restocking fee does not apply. 

 

Our specialists will examine your return stock or custom item for the original packaging, original condition and alterations of any kind to include but not limited to: Trying on, cutting and or modifying the lace, applying adhesives, coloring, styling, combing, washing, use or altering any part of the item. If any of these conditions exist, no exchange, or store credit shall be honored.  All conditions must be met prior to proceeding. (Note) Should conditions not be met, the unit will be returned. Customer pays shipping and handling and the 15% re-stocking fee may apply.  

 

Non-returnable items:

Clearance, Sale, and Close-out items

Specials

Discounted items.

Adhesives, tapes, removers

Hair care (shampoo and conditioners)

 

How to return a pre-authorized item:


Receive RMA# Pack unit securely with RMA form on inside

RMA# written clearly on outside of package

Please insure your package, as we cannot be responsible for loss or damaged items.  

 

We understand that purchasing hair replacement units/ full lace units can be prove to be a confusing and challenging process. However, every effort will be made to represent our products accurately to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. Upon ordering please read all relevant information regarding your product choice. Please note: Most of our units are cut and styled for display.

 

We further understand that the purchase of a lace unit is an investment, so we have provided the following information guides to help make your lace purchase experience with Climax Lace Boutique a pleasant one:
